  1. Sounds really good. I'm kind of a newbie to ginger, but I'm really loving it! Too bad you didn't get to try the great gingerbread cake I made this past Christmas, but I'll definitely make it again sometime. I think you would really like it! Great pics, too!

  2. This looks delicious; I thought it was fish at first glance. Can you make this for me? Did you actually use tofu? You've told me there is another vegetarian thing that tastes better than tofu.
